Stephen has spent 25 years identifying and securing supply chain, procurement, manufacturing and technical leaders for complex organizations. Having lived and worked across four continents, he works directly with founders, boards, investors and executive teams on critical leadership appointments.
Shara has spent 25 years building trusted partnerships with private equity firms, founder-led businesses and global organizations. Her consultative approach brings clarity, transparency and disciplined execution to leadership searches that have a lasting impact on people and business performance.

Eduardo has been part of Hunter Shore Group since its founding in 2021. With a background in industrial engineering and experience in manufacturing talent acquisition, he brings technical understanding to executive search across the supply chain. His work spans North America and Europe, supporting leadership appointments across consumer goods, life sciences and industrial markets. Fluent in English and Spanish, he combines rigorous research with thoughtful candidate engagement.
Gabriella leads Hunter Shore Group’s Manufacturing & Engineering practice, partnering with clients to appoint senior leaders and functional experts. Her search experience extends across procurement, planning, logistics, quality and R&D, with appointments across North America and Europe. A varied background in technical work, business ownership and talent acquisition informs her practical understanding of client needs and her approach to building lasting relationships.
