At the start of every search we address diversity, and what is paramount to our client in achieving their objectives. We make recommendations, tailor our search accordingly, and then ensure we deliver on commitments made.
In 2022 we completed a dozen projects for companies looking to proactively build a bench for reasons including diversity, an aging workforce, and specific highly technical skills.
We attain a significant amount of data to enable faster communication with candidates, ascertain perception levels of a business, ultimately to reduce the amount of time it takes to make a hire when the right time comes.

As a disruptor to the market, our client had experienced rapid growth in a short amount of time. To go to the next level, they had to attract talent from more mature players in their associated fields, but with limited brand awareness externally, this was proving an issue and barrier to their growth.
With no internal TA team, we created a framework whereby we became an extension of their business. In collaboration with their executive team, we were able to create a compelling recruitment campaign, raise significant awareness around what they do, and reach candidates previously unattainable.
